Squire Corrugated Upgrades Its Solarsoft System

Squire Container Corp., South Plainfield, N.J., has upgraded its business software system to the latest version of Solarsoft’s business software for corrugated manufacturers, HRMS Gen/2. Squire Corrugated has been manufacturing premium quality corrugated products for more than 40 years.

The Gen/2 software includes a more versatile Purchase Order module, streamlined Order Entry and enhanced functionality for the estimating of assembled and unassembled sets as a part of Release 2006, the previous release of the HRMS software. Building further on the functionality of the previous release, Gen/2 utilizes a role-based user home page and enables data to be exported into Microsoft Office applications through comprehensive data extraction tools built into the software.

The Gen/2 PowerSearchTM tool allows users to create their own queries against any data in the system, and minimizes the time needed to process daily work by allowing instant access to important information without the interruption of the current task performed.
