The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released its final regulation to impose stricter emission standards on industrial and commercial boilers and process heaters, known also as the Boiler MACT rule.

Industry groups including NAM and the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) say more public comment is needed.
