AICC to Educate Production Supervisors

The Association of Independent Corrugated Converters’ (AICC) Advanced Production Supervisor Training being offered Oct. 7-8 at Jamestown Container in Cleveland will help production supervisors develop information and production data specific to your company’s work environment.

Participants prepare an action plan in each area of responsibility specific to their operational needs and for each management principle that is specific to their skill development. Action plans are followed up for the proceeding three months to monitor progress. All action plans are designed to impact the plants bottom line and provide a short and long term payback on your training investment.

It will focus on advanced management principles and skills built around the eight responsibilities of the supervisor:

• Profit and the Eight Responsibilities

• Communication

• Leadership

• Action Planning

• Goal Setting, Measurement and Accountability

• Learning Principles and Training Tools

• Change Implementation

• Analytical Skills and Decision Making

• Facilitation and Team Building

There will be an in depth focus on waste, productivity, quality and housekeeping.

The facilitator is Dean Mitchell. Registration is $995 for members if received at least three weeks before the course or $1,095 if received after. Nonmember registration is $1,195.
