Precision Adds Bobst Folder-Gluer

Precision Diecutting, Inc., Port Byron, N.Y., recently added a new Bobst Amazon 105 folder-gluer to its suburban Syracuse trade finishing operation. The Amazon is capable of running at 985 ft/min and can fold solid board and microflute corrugated. Precision’s Amazon has the Bobst Wonderfold feature for back folding of 4-corner cartons inline. It is also equipped with a multi-inserter, which allows the insertion of CDs into holders. Precision also plans to add a high-speed Kleentick tape applicator that will allow the application of two-sided tape during the folding process.
